GRUPPO EUROMOBIL | Design Week 2022

The Milan Design Week 2022 – that attracted more than 400,000 visitors to the city and put Milan and Italian design back in the limelight on the international scene - has just come to an end. This is the context in which we celebrated our Group’s 50th anniversary. For this event, the EUROMOBIL FLAGSHIP STORE IN CORSO MONFORTE 30/3 hosted THE NATURE OF THINGS, an exhibition in which works by the artist L’orMa dialogued with many of our new products.

The very positive feedback received from critics and from the public alike left us extremely satisfied and full of enthusiasm for the interest shown by all those who visited us and discovered the novelties of the 2022 collection.

Euromobil

Euromobil's innovations confirm its path in the design of architectural structures that organize spaces and support different areas of taste. KABIN SPACE is an innovative system that offers the possibility of creating storage areas at will without any need for structural work. It consists of cabinets that are finished on the rear and conceived as architectural elements, and of an exclusive, sliding-door element that has no top or bottom runners.

The EXTERNAL CORNER TALL UNIT can be opened on two sides and completes the system. CABINET is a pocket-door tall cupboard unit which makes the most of every inch of space, guaranteeing total access to the unit while concealing its functions. Depending on the accessories it is fitted with, this storage system can be used in multiple ways, ranging from a mini kitchen to a tall oven housing, and it can even feature pull-out worktops. The common denominator of this project is the BLACK WOOD CANETÉ finish repeatedly distinguished by eight horizontal segments and by delicate vertical strips that gently capture the light.

The Wood Caneté finish is also featured in brown for the aluminium TOTEM shelving system designed by Roberto Gobbo and available in the floor-standing – floor-to-ceiling and wall-hung versions.

Totem is a made-over version of an iconic 50s system featuring horizontal and vertical lines, the latter of which are marked by bright trails of dimmable LED lights. MATT DEKOR GLASS is yet another finish exclusive to Euromobil and produced using a cutting-edge technique. This finish can be applied to doors, worktops and side panels, creating volumes made of a single material featuring just one colour.

Désirée

Désirée continues the dialogue with the designers who enrich the brand's proposal. RITO armchair, designed by Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, becomes a collection.

RITO SOFA has a deep and comfortable seat, the lumbar cushions, the chaise longue and the optional coffee table turn the Rito sofa into a wellness haven that can even be positioned at the centre of the room. Rito features a completely removable cover available in leather or fabric and in a vast assortment of colours. RITO DESK. In perfect harmony with the armchair and the sofa, only one word can be used to describe the Rito desk: lightness. This project by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez is distinguished by a strong graphic hallmark that is expressed in all their pieces but which becomes the focus of this desk. Merine is a chair designed by the Désirée Research & Development centre which is perfectly coordinated – and can be paired - with the Rito desk. This piece of occasional furniture features a metal structure that makes it look particularly light. ELIES is the new sofa designed by Jai Jalan. This product confirms the Canadian designer’s distinctive traits consisting of soft, sinuous shapes and curvy, wraparound lines. It’s an organic sofa whose strength lies in its extensive modularity and in the possibility of being rearranged over time. Featuring a fully-removable cover, it is available in leather or fabric with an optional coffee table in various finishes.

Zalf

2022 marks a change in terms of the company’s systems and finishes, with a view to offering contemporary, minimalist and elegant designer pieces. Zalf's mission is to satisfy requirements for new residential functions aimed at simultaneously fulfilling the multiple desires of family members living together and the need for flexible spaces. Zalf breaks the strict boundaries that separate the day and night areas by offering integrated storage systems that replace the need for vertical partitions. The key products presented at Design Week 2022: FREESPACE is a modular, load-bearing shelving system that can be secured to the wall or can stand alone just like a partition and offers utmost freedom of expression to create unstructured and functional arrangements. A new, elegant and refined SIDEBOARD for the day area, available in a combination of three colours: coal grey, brick red and pumice. Its original design looks perfect in any context and suits any style of interior decor. In a play of solids and voids, storage units alternate in perfect harmony, creating unique and personal arrangements.
