DÉSIRÉE | German Design Award 2023

We are proud to announce that Rito armchair, designed for Désirée by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, has been awarded the German Design Award 2023, a prestigious design award, for standing out for innovation and community impact.

With the 'Winner' nomination of the German Design Awards, we honour outstanding design work in a specific category selected by a jury of experts.

The project has already won recognition both in Italy, with the Archiproducts Design Award 2020 and publication in the ADI Design Index 2021, 'Design for Living' category, and abroad with the Good Design Award 2021.

Rito is synonymous with sophisticated simplicity and features a compact, graceful design with a silhouette that looks as if it is flying.
In 2022, Rito is enriched with Rubelli's new Vibrazioni fabric collection made of technical fibres that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
